Manamana (muh-nah-muh-nah), you know like the Muppets, song! This 5 piece band from Charlotte, NC has got to be the most energetic and fun band to watch live that I have seen since Anthrax came out. With a high voltage stage show, Manamana also have kick ass songs to make it a total package. They came out for their first show at The Ultimate Basement in Spindale, NC to kickass and that they did without any problem.
Butch Bobcat (John Piro) – guitar/vocals slinging his long hair Dee Snider style, Mr. Saturday Night – guitar/vocals, Nomad – guitar/vocals both wailing on the guitar with such ferocity, P. Shway (Paul Lashway) – drums/vocals the wild man on the kit was like…well animal from the Muppets, & Knuckles (Stephen Sues) –bass.
If you’re looking to have a great time out, I would definitely recommend seeing these five Lunatics
